About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Revamino LLC through this website. Read them with the shipping policy, refund policy, privacy policy and research use only agreement before ordering. Contact support@revamino.com with questions.

Who may purchase

Purchasers must be 21 or older, qualified to handle research chemicals and purchasing for in-vitro laboratory research. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. We may request information about an order's intended use and decline orders that do not meet these conditions.

Products and documentation

Review the product description, listed quantity, presentation and applicable lot documentation before purchase. A certificate describes the sample and tests identified on that report. It does not establish suitability for a different use or replace the purchaser's assessment of the material for their work.

Packaging illustrations show the product format; colors and label placement may vary. Refer to the supplied label and lot documentation for the material received.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars. Shipping, applicable taxes, discounts and the total are displayed before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Processing and settlement times depend on the selected method.

Discount eligibility and exclusions are shown with the offer. A discount applies only when its conditions are met and it appears in the order total.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation records your submission. Fulfillment remains subject to payment, stock availability and order review. If we cannot supply an item, or identify an error that affects your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we do not supply unless you agree to another arrangement.

Shipping, cancellations and claims

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Review the shipping policy for dispatch, tracking and delivery information.

All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed for convenience once placed. The refund policy explains the purity-match guarantee and remedies for incorrect, damaged or missing orders. This policy does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law, including applicable rights when shipment is delayed.

Research use and responsibility

Products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research only. The purchaser is responsible for appropriate facilities, qualified personnel, handling, storage and disposal, and for compliance with laws applicable to the purchase and use. We do not provide advice for personal, clinical or veterinary use.

Rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes a right, guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product information and published research are provided to support laboratory purchasing decisions and are not a promise of a particular experimental result.
